One of the main selling points is that there are separate eye compresses for each eye. I have tried other eye masks, but they had one big eye cover, not two separate, smaller ones that conform to each eye. It is really important to follow the microwave heating instructions and test the heat before applying the eye mask to your eyes. It should stay warm for approximately 15 minutes. What I like most is that the moist heat comes from small ceramic beads in each section. You don't need to add water from an outside source. The eye mask is reusable and comes with detailed cleaning and storage instructions, which I found to be very helpful. The eye mask seems to be very well constructed and won't wear out easily. The hook-and-loop closure on the back is helpful so that the mask is easy to put on without messing up my hair. I had high hopes based on the reviews, but after ordering this and it coming apart in three days, I replaced it, and it came already falling apart when I opened it.
The raised foam does not stay in place, it was already falling off half the eye patch on the brand new one before I even put it on.
It does not seal or block out light, so I end up with double vision because it can’t block the vision. It leaves a painful mark on my forehead between my eyebrows too, even if I try to wear it loose (which only makes it block even less light).
It looks nice, but unfortunately is not comfortable, does not do the needed job, and the foam backing falls off immediately/quickly. I never sweated in or or got it wet at all, so that was even with very careful handling. Giving it two stars since it allows my eye to block without pushing th lashes into my face.

I had eye surgery and needed to wear an eye patch, I have more than one, I have my practical stay at home one(cheaper), and then this one for going out, this is the cool one. If you care more how it looks than total functionality get this one.
The patch itself is on the slimer side, but it does the job of both hiding the eye and blocking the light, just what is needed right after surgery. Easy to clean with a damp cloth, I would buy one again for the other eye if it needs work in the future. Get ready for some pirate jokes when you wear it 😉

Very disappointed. I ordered my husband an eye patch from this seller in 2023. It was perfect! It was getting pretty worn, so we ordered the exact same one. The patch that arrived was noticably smaller, cutting into my husbands eye socket, which was uncomfortable. I reached out to the seller, who agreed to send a larger one if I paid shipping. I let him know my husband wanted to try two other styles from his store. The seller agreed to put the replacement in that order. The package arrived with the two new style, but no replacement. The two that arrived were a joke! They were in plastic packaging like from Amazon. They are hard plastic. Clearly not "Handmade" or "Leather" anymore. My husband tried them, but the hard plastic dug into his skin. We paid $168.31 for 3 handmade leather eye patches and came out with nothing usable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The leather is thick and well finished. It looks just as good in person as it does in the photos.
The leather is a good eighth inch thick and the detailing really elevates the look of the patch. It’s quite comfortable and fits well in the eye socket. The strap isn’t anything special but it does the job and is lowkey adjustable enough to wrap around a large watermelon.
I find the angle of the strap could be more severe. It sits closer/on the eyebrow for me rather than going up onto the forehead. This might just be an idiosyncrasy of my head shape though.

Great but a little small
This review is for item: ANUDRA Premium Handmade Leather Eye Patch with Soft Foam Padding
I got this eye patch because my left eye sometimes bothers me and keeping it covered is the only way to get it to stop stinging and watering. The strap on this is comfortable and easy to adjust. I like that it has a foam lining around the edges, it really does keep the patch itself far enough away that you can blink and your eyelashes don’t get squished! It’s very firm, which takes some getting used to but will probably make it more durable in the long run.
The main downside is that the patch itself is rather small. I’m an average-sized woman, and it barely covers my eye socket from top to bottom. It’s close enough that it takes a bit of adjustment before I can get it to sit in such away that an edge isn’t pressing on my eye and not much light is coming in through the edges. The photos are definitely photoshopped, it does *not* cover as much as the photos make it seem. Because of the size I’m not sure I’d pay $30 for this unless you’re quite a small person.

Solid, but Not Best for Costumes
This patch is well-made, and formed to specifically fit and protect the right eye. It has a subtle border design along the top and bottom, a little foam cushioning on the inside rim, and an adjustable elastic strap. The patch is fairly stiff, and can’t really be flexed too much to fit, though its shape allows it to cover the eye well. It lets in very little light, if properly positioned.
If you hope this might be useful as part of a costume, like a pirate or Odin, the elastic strap may not be dark enough to get by without notice. For it to really work, you’ll likely want to replace it with leather or some type of natural fiber cord for a better look.

Comfortable, Hard Protective leather, Adjustable Elastic
The stiff leather patch is domed to give your eye plenty of room and avoid pressure. A soft foam line surrounds the inside of the patch for comfort. The wide elastic band is adjustable for a proper functional fit.
I ordered the patch in brown, very attractive, for the right eye. The patch is especially contoured so you order it individually for the right or left eye.

Comfortable amblyopia training tool
I ordered this leather eye patch as an amblyopia rehab technique that was recommended to me by an optometrist. I also have a set of leather eye patches from the same company that have the round headband and I think this version is well worth the additional cost because of better headband and adjustment. For all day wear, I think the foam would actually be a little on the thin side but I like how it is convex and keeps the patch from rubbing on my eyelashes. Overall, it is very comfortable for the relatively short periods I wear it each day and since it is leather I expect it to be able to form and shape it over time as well.

It takes a long time to get to you in the US, two weeks in my case. I'm quite a bit disappointed for several reasons. The eye patch is too small for me. From the pictures it appeared that the patch had a cup in it. But that is not the case. The patch lays flat against my eye lid. This is uncomfortable and forces you to keep the eye closed which is unnatural. Had the patch been large enough that it would not lay against the eye lid, it would be more comfortable to wear. With the high cost of this patch I certainly would have expected a better experience. I can not wear this patch so I'm out of my money for nothing.
Alex contacted after my review me and sent me a new one that fit much better for free. Now that's outstanding customer service.

The leather is soft and flexes really when. It has a nice elastic section that helps get the fit just right. I'm currently dealing with a detached retina and the patch covers the entire eye to keep the light out so things are not so uncomfortable.
The large is a little smaller than I had imagined from the template. But that doesn't change the quality. My only critique would be to add a little more of a domed shape to take a little pressure off of the eye.
Overall I'm very pleased with it and would recommend anyone who needs an eye patch to give this place a shot.

Very good quality, wear it daily and have for 4 months, no seams coming unraveled, no problems with the leather (I treated it with beeswax). Fits the eye socket well. I'll be ordering another directly, with a slight modification: I'd like the angle on the sides of the cup to be raked upward another 5°-10°. It would fit better, for me and my big monkey ears. The strap wouldn't push down as much on my left eye, and sunglasses would fit better because the right side would sit farther up over the ear, so both bows would sit flush.
Overall, a damn good product, and I appreciate the craftsmanship.
