Size Guide

Finding the right eye patch is about more than just size. Everyone has a unique facial anatomy, so the same eye patch may fit, feel, and sit differently from person to person.

Our eye patches come in different shapes and designs to accommodate different face shapes, coverage preferences, and everyday needs. This guide will help you understand the differences and choose the option that may work best for you.

3D CONVEX SHAPE

All of our eye patches feature a convex 3D shape that creates space between the patch and the eye.

This design helps reduce contact with the eyelid and eyelashes, providing more room around the eye for greater comfort.

Soft 5 mm foam lining runs along the inner edge of the patch. It rests gently against the skin for added comfort and helps reduce light leakage around the edges.

Please note: Because of its 3D shape, the eye patch extends outward from the face and may not fit comfortably underneath glasses.

VENTILATION OPTIONS

Some of our eye patch models are available with ventilation holes to improve airflow inside the patch.

Please keep in mind that ventilation holes also allow some additional light to enter. If maximum light blocking is important to you, we recommend choosing a model without ventilation holes.

ADJUSTABLE STRAP

ELASTIC BAND LENGTH

Our adjustable elastic straps are designed to fit most adults and provide a secure, comfortable fit.

Depending on the model, the strap can be adjusted to fit a head circumference of approximately 41–74 cm (16–29 in).

Adjust the strap until the patch sits securely against your face without excessive pressure.

CHOOSE YOUR PATCH SHAPE

There is no single eye patch shape that fits every face equally well. Our designs have different shapes and attachment systems to accommodate different facial anatomy and everyday needs.

CLASSIC
Our most universal shape. Provides more coverage around the eye and extends slightly farther toward the cheekbone.

ANATOMICAL
Features a three-point attachment system for additional stability. A good option for active movement and physical activity.

TRIPLE
Designed to follow the natural contours of the face more closely for a more anatomical fit around the eye area.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR AN EYE PATCH

To estimate which eye patch size may work best for you, take two simple measurements:

1. Vertical measurement
Measure from the top of your eyebrow to the upper part of your cheekbone.

2. Horizontal measurement
Measure from the outer corner of your eye to the middle of the bridge of your nose.

Compare these measurements with the dimensions listed for each eye patch.

Please keep in mind: Measurements are only a general guide. Facial shape, cheekbones, nose bridge, eye depth, and other anatomical differences can all affect how an eye patch fits and feels.

NOT SURE WHICH PATCH TO CHOOSE?

Choosing an eye patch is highly individual. The same eye patch can fit and feel differently from person to person, even when their measurements are similar.

If you’re unsure which size or design would work best for you, we’re happy to help.

Send us your measurements and tell us what matters most to you — such as light blocking, extra space around the eye, ventilation, or stability during movement.
