Warranty

Duration: This warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase of the product.

Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the product purchased from MOKVOK Sp. z o.o. . The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, color fading, stretching, or minor imperfections that do not affect the overall functionality of the product.

Improper Use or Care: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration, exposure to extreme conditions, or failure to follow care instructions provided with the product.

Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized parties will void this warranty.

Natural Characteristics: Leather is a natural material and may have natural characteristics such as variations in color, texture, and grain. These are not considered defects and are not covered by the warranty.

Third-Party Components: This warranty does not extend to components or accessories not manufactured by MOKVOK Sp. z o.o., such as zippers, buckles, or other hardware.

Remedies: In case of a covered defect within the warranty period, MOKVOK Sp. z o.o. will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value. If the product has been discontinued or is no longer available, MOKVOK Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to offer a comparable alternative.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:

Contact MOKVOK Sp. z o.o.: To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact MOKVOK Sp. z o.o. within the warranty period at info@mokvok.com and provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Return the Product: If instructed by MOKVOK Sp. z o.o., the purchaser may need to return the defective product to to the address provided by our customer service team at their own expense.

Evaluation: Once the product is received, MOKVOK Sp. z o.o. will evaluate the defect and determine whether it falls within the terms of this warranty.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, MOKVOK Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the leather product, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Statutory Rights: This warranty does not affect the purchaser’s statutory rights under applicable national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.

Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Poland without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
