Cancer got my left eye and I needed a patch to cover my eye when I am seen in public. This patch was so comfortable. One set of drops for my left eye make my eye lashes long ….the indent was perfect.

A deep interior cup in this brown leather patch creates a necessary gap that prevents any rubbing against my eyelid. Following a recent injury, I found that standard flat options were too restrictive for my daily routine. This design provides a sturdy pocket of space that allows me to blink naturally while I am sitting at my computer desk or moving around the apartment. The padding along the interior edge is soft and conforms well to the bridge of my nose, which helps block out nearly all light without having to over tighten the strap.

The buckle on the head strap is a significant improvement over the cheap elastic bands that usually lose their tension after a few days. My partner mentioned that the handmade look is much more discreet and professional than a clinical medical bandage. Not many eyepatches have any design to them, so this jumps out for its intricacy and aesthetic

Just to be clear, I got this for a pirate costume, so I’m not juding it for everyday use. Most of the ones I’ve seen are just plain in nature, and have no real character to them. But this one jumps out with the detail around the edges and the roughened leather look. Also, you choose the right or left eye so it’s not just a plain triangle trying to serve double-duty. So that puts it a real cut above the rest, especially when you’re trying to add age, texture, and details to your pieces, and worth the money.

It’s a very comfortable fit, with an adjustable elastic band, and the shape of the patch fits like a glove over the socket. The strap can than stretch over the ear on one side, and up over the eyebrow on the other, like your classic Hollywood buccaneer.

Decent, not great. Expensive for what it is unless you’re getting at a better price

This eye patch is well made and the leather feels durable. The foam padding on the inside makes it more comfortable than basic patches, and the 3D shape helps keep pressure off the eye and eyelashes. It blocks light fairly well and stays in place with the adjustable strap.

That said, it’s quite expensive for what you get. While the materials are nice and it does the job, it’s still a fairly simple product and there are cheaper options that can provide similar functionality.

Overall, it works as intended and is comfortable enough for extended wear, but the price may feel a bit high compared to other eye patches on the market.

The edges need to be softer it cuts into skin.
