Vorteile
- In Sekunden warm, länger warm.

Dry eye compress
This moist heat compress has helped improve my dry eyes. I love that is it reusable and easy to use. I do think it is priced high at $22. I like that it has a strap which makes it easier for the eye compress to stay in place. It holds the heat surprisingly well ( i keep my compressor on for about 10 to 15 minutes at a time).

Amazing Relief!
I bought this moist heat eye compress because I have extremely dry eyes from an autoimmune disease. One of the main selling points is that there are separate eye compresses for each eye. I have tried other eye masks, but they had one big eye cover, not two separate, smaller ones that conform to each eye. It is really important to follow the microwave heating instructions and test the heat before applying the eye mask to your eyes. It should stay warm for approximately 15 minutes. What I like most is that the moist heat comes from small ceramic beads in each section. You don’t need to add water from an outside source. The eye mask is reusable and comes with detailed cleaning and storage instructions, which I found to be very helpful. The eye mask seems to be very well constructed and won’t wear out easily. The hook-and-loop closure on the back is helpful so that the mask is easy to put on without messing up my hair. The eye mask is not only helpful for dry eyes; it is also great for eye strain, screen overexposure, and calming itchy eyes. I will be ordering a second eye mask for my husband, who is prone to styes.

Incredibly soothing moist heat and does not press on your eyes
I spend a large part of every month trying to keep my migraine symptoms under control. With 15 or more migraine days lasting 4 hours or longer, I have had plenty of time to test this mask and evaluate how well it has held up and how useful it has been for me. When my migraines are active, they can interfere with watching television, studying, and even gaming with my daughter. I have tried standard sleep masks and heated masks before, but they all seem drying because they use a heating element, much like a heating pad. This microwaveable warm compress produces moist heat and has been much more useful when I need soothing warmth during a migraine or simply want to give my eyes a break and relax.
One of the best things about this mask is how simple it is to use. I microwave it for 20 to 25 seconds as directed, check that it is at a comfortable temperature, and then place it over my closed eyes. It provides a very soothing, moist-feeling warmth without needing water, a damp washcloth, or a separate cover. In my experience, it stays pleasantly warm for about 12 to 15 minutes, which gives me enough time to lie back and relax for a bit.
The comfort of the design is another major positive. The adjustable strap keeps the mask in place without making it feel overly tight, and the lightweight ceramic bead filling rests gently over my eyes rather than creating the uncomfortable pressure I have experienced with some heavier masks. That makes a surprisingly big difference when my eyes are already sensitive.
My one complaint is the very light color. I can see this getting dingy or showing stains more easily over time. According to the care instructions, it can be hand-washed with mild soap, but it cannot simply be tossed into the washing machine, so keeping such a light-colored mask looking clean may take a little extra effort.
Overall, this has been a very soothing addition to my comfort routine. If heat helps you during a migraine, or you simply want to relax when your eyes feel tired or strained, this lightweight compress is easy to use, stays comfortably warm, and does not put heavy pressure on your eyes. At $22.00, it is a very good value and the price point low enough to purchase another to ensure that you always have a mask at the ready.

Reusable Warm Eye Compress With Convenient Microwave Heating
This reusable eye compress is a simple option for applying gentle warmth around the eyes. The microwave activated design makes it convenient to heat when needed, and the ceramic bead filling gives the mask some weight so it rests comfortably over the eyes.
The compress is easy to heat and use, and I like that it can be reused rather than requiring disposable heat pads. The warm, moist feeling is pleasant and can be relaxing after spending a lot of time looking at screens or when my eyes simply feel tired.
The mask has enough weight to stay in place without requiring much adjustment, and the fabric feels comfortable against the skin. The compact design also makes it easy to store when it is not being used.
The main thing to pay attention to is heating time. Since microwave ovens vary, it is important to follow the heating instructions carefully and check the temperature before placing it over the eyes. It should feel comfortably warm rather than excessively hot.
Overall, this is a convenient reusable eye compress with a comfortable weighted design. The microwave heating makes it easy to use, and it is a nice option for adding warmth and relaxation to an eye care routine.

Reusable moist heat eye compress with soothing warmth for dry and tired eyes
I got this moist heat eye compress to help with dry, tired eyes and general eye strain, and it has been a soothing and easy-to-use option for that. I like that it uses microwave-activated ceramic beads, so there is no water to add or mess to deal with. It feels like a practical self-care item for regular use, and I would recommend it for anyone dealing with dry eye discomfort, screen fatigue, or the need for warm eye therapy.
The moist heat design is the main reason this stands out. The ceramic micro-beads are meant to absorb humidity from the air and release gentle heat, which is soothing. It can be heated quickly in the microwave and is designed to stay warm for around 12 to 15 minutes …the recommended amount of time for a short relaxing treatment session. Heating guidance for different microwave wattages is included. The mask is made with a cotton-blend fabric and has a lightweight contoured shape that is designed for comfort. The adjustable strap is helpful for getting a good fit, although I just lay it across my eyes without fastening the strap. It has a little bit of weight to it, but it does not put a lot of pressure on the eyes. The reinforced seams and double-stitched edges give it durability for repeated use, which is especially important if you are using it daily. It is easy to use at home before bed, after screen time, while resting, or as part of a dry eye care routine. I also like that it can be used cold as well as warm, which adds versatility. For care, it should be stored in a dry place, heated only as directed, and spot cleaned if needed according to the included instructions.
I took a few pictures when I got it to show you what I received. Here is the unboxing: 1- as it arrived, in packaging; 2- everything out of the package; 3- front of compress w ruler; 4- back of compress; 5- Velcro closure on head strap; 6- label w heating instructions; 7- label w cleaning instructions.
This is a comforting eye compress that has been working well for me. The price seems reasonable and it could make a thoughtful gift for someone dealing with dry eyes, eye strain, or screen-related fatigue. Amazon offers their no hassle 30-day return/refund/replace guarantee with this product and it ships free for Prime members. For the soothing moist heat, longer warmth retention, adjustable comfortable fit, reusable design, and happier eyes, I am giving this eye compress five stars.

Thoughtfully designed features & excellent instructions
This is the third microwavable moist-heat eye compress I’ve tried for dry eyes, and it compares favorably with the others, both of which were also nice quality. This Anudra compress stands out for its excellent instructions: they’re unusually detailed, clearly written, printed in legible type, and are supplied both on a card in full and summarized on a double-sided cloth label sewn onto the elastic strap (a very convenient touch that saves having to consult the card each time).
I like the design of that head strap because its hook-and-loop closure allows it to be opened all the way so you can simply lie face up and let the weight of the compress keep it in place if that’s more. The only portion of the directions that didn’t make sense to me was the statement that the compress could be used for a single eye only by sliding one of the bead-filled pouches off the strap; this was confusing because the eye pouches seem to be sewn securely in place to the strap.
The instructions describe how to wash and dry the compress, which is really helpful and an advantage over the others I’ve used. They say to consider replacing the compress after six months of daily use, I think because the beads gradually lose their ability to retain moisture and warmth.
Based on my experience with this Anudra compress so far, it’s easy to use and quite effective in restoring moisture to dry eyes. My ophthalmologist recommended using moist heat in the evening, and it’s a relaxing addition to my routine as I wind down for the day. It’s price is similar to the other microwavable moist-heat eye compresses I’ve tried, and it offers some appealing features that those others lacked.

Soothing for your eyes
I’ve been using this warm eye compress in the evenings, and it’s become part of my routine. It heats up quickly in the microwave, and the warmth lasts long enough to help my eyes relax after staring at a computer screen all day.
The ceramic beads spread the heat evenly, so there aren’t any hot spots, and the mask is soft and comfortable to wear. It has just enough weight to feel soothing without being uncomfortable.
I also like that it’s reusable, so I don’t have to keep buying disposable eye masks. If you deal with dry eyes, eye strain, or just want a relaxing warm compress, this is definitely worth trying.

Very efficient design
Admittedly, I hesitated for a second before ordering this. It doesn’t look like any other heated eye mask I’ve had. It is definitely no frills.
However, after only one use, I could tell that this one worked better than any of the others I’ve used. I use a heated mask twice a day for dry eye. A quick 30 seconds in my microwave and I was in business.
The individual eye “pads” fit down into my eye sockets, making better contact with each eye. It is much more efficient than a one piece mask. A one piece mask has to span your forehead and the bridge of your nose, so the heat source is often further away from the eyes than I would like.
In my opinion, there are two things I would change in order for this to be a five star item. First, the elastic headband is a little too short. Even when I adjust it to the loosest size that the Velcro closure can hold securely, it’s still a little tight. It makes it feel like the “pads” are putting too much pressure on my eyes. I will be adding a small piece of Velcro to remedy that issue. Secondly, it would be nice if the “pads” had removable covers to make cleaning easier.
Still, this one works better than all of my others.
