Nice, full grain leather patch, it has a smooth outer cover and a soft inner lining. The material itself is really thick so it looks durable too. Very easy and comfortable to wear and fits even smaller heads.

Fine, Simple
I like this eye patch, but I have notes. Like the one I have doesn’t block out the light entirely. I don’t think it is because this is a bad patch. It just doesn’t fit my head that well despite all my attempts at adjusting it. I think in this case, some customization is in order. Either way, I still love how smooth and simple it is. Assuming it fits others fine, I genuinely think it will be a wonderful foundation for a custom piece in more skilled hands. Based on the straps alone, I wouldn’t call this durable. But based on the eye cap itself I’d say it’ll do just fine.

Really did not fit at all, rigid and uncomfortable, band is hard to adjust and has a piece that just hangs down weirdly, returning.

Really comfortable for all-day wear
I primarily got this for a costume piece, but I was impressed by the quality and comfort. I almost forgot I was wearing it. The foam is very soft, and the three straps made it more comfortable and stable. My husband has more deep-set eyes, and you would think that would make it work better, but he actually experienced much more light leakage than I did. I couldn’t see a thing out of the covered eye, but he could. We tried several adjustments, and he could still see out of one corner. That’s not a problem if it’s just for a costume, but in case that matters for other uses, we wanted to mention it.

Well crafted, good materials, a bit stiff.
Nicely made eye patch with good 3- strap system that holds it in the proper position. The foam edge liner is a very nice touch as it blocks light around edges and softens the feel against my face. The leather patch seems very hard and would be more comfortable to me if I could soften it up a bit. I don’t know what to use as a softener since it would be so close to my eye and could affect it so I will have to carefully look into what might be available. I got the left eye patch and the single strap on the right which goes up over the top of my head wants to keep slipping down on my hair and going below my right eyebrow. I’m thinking that a narrow stick-on strip of silicone might stop it from sliding. The foam padding does a good job of keeping the patch off my eyelashes which can be very irritating. I have previously used a silicone patch that was domed in the center but the lashes still were affected by it. The $32. price tag is very reasonable for the materials and craft involved. I recommend it but will also caution that an eye patch has to be gotten used to and may take some time to develop a personal fit.

Black Premium Handmade Leather Eye Patch ♥️ I got this hand-made genuine leather eye patch in the Left-Side design for my needs, and the material craftsmanship is exceptionally high. Not only does this look genuinely rugged and hand-made, but the thick, premium leather delivers a perfectly comfortable eye patch – especially as it’s coupled with a nice soft, hypoallergenic foam lining along its inner edge. The anatomical engineering features a deep concave dome that sits off my eyelid, allowing my lashes to relax without scraping against the interior leather. High-quality leather, good clearance, soft adjustable straps, just needs to break in
Anudra Premium Handmade Leather Eye Patch
I have to wear eye patches for occasional treatments, and I really like the quality look and feel of this handmade leather one. The leather itself is smooth and strong, and the three-way adjustable strap makes it very easy to tweak the fit. The strap is soft and stretchy, and has a toggle that lets you adjust the tightness to your comfort.
On the inside, there is plenty of depth, and my eyelashes don’t brush against the patch at all, which is a major plus. Right now, I am seeing a tiny sliver of light coming through the outside edge, and the foam ridge inside feels just a little bit hard or scratchy against my skin. I think it just needs a little time to mold to the contours of my face. (big nose and deep set eyes-haha)
I’m giving this four stars for now because it’s a solid value for a well-made, highly adjustable leather patch. I plan to oil the leather to see if it softens up and conforms fully to block out that last bit of light. If it does, I’ll be sure to come back and update the review!

Good But Not Perfect
I got this eyepatch because I was told covering my dominant eye (right) would help my other eye strengthen. Upon receiving the item, I was very satisfied with most of the aspects. The quality of the eyepatch was definitely stellar, and the design choices for comfort is apparent with padding on all sides, being able to easily wear this for long time periods. There are multiple points of tightness adjustment and they’re very easy to adjust while you’re wearing it.
THAT BEING SAID..
I’m not sure whether it’s the shape of my face or just my gargantuan head, but the eyepatch doesn’t FULLY occlude light. There’s always some sort of light peeking through no matter how much I adjust the eyepatch. It isn’t very apparent but it’s something I notice no matter how long I wear it.
All in all, I’m not too sure if it’s worth a full $30; I’ve seen a few others on this site and beyond that most likely match this but at lower prices.

Comfortable eye patch with a premium look
This black handmade leather eye patch has a much nicer feel than a cheap costume-style patch. The leather gives it a more premium, serious look, and the soft foam padding makes it a lot more comfortable against the face.
I like the concave shape because it feels more natural than a flat patch pressing awkwardly against your eye. It gives a little extra space, which makes it easier to wear for longer without feeling like your face is being punished.
The black leather style also looks good without being over the top. It has a clean, classic “mysterious person with a backstory” vibe, but still feels practical for actual use.
Overall, this is a well-made adult eye patch for men or women. Comfortable, sturdy, and much better-looking than the flimsy ones.

I have been wearing an eyepatch for five years. Thought I would give this style ago, assuming it would stay in place due to the extra cord. It pretty much does, just trying to get used to having a string beneath my ear. The leather straps seem to twist where they are tied to the cord. So do not sit so neatly. No one would really notice, I’m just conscious of it.

The customer service was great, really. The only problem was i could barely understand what they were saying to me because of their spelling. The package came in good condition. The only problem i had was with the item. The eyepatch looked like it had a piece of shoe string holding it together. The texture was like sandpaper.
